Returns Policy

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Date of return must be within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
  • Goods must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.
  • Exchanges must processed through Aus Post Returns Portal (Click HERE to visit)
  • Return cost is a flat fee at the cost of the sender.
  • Once the goods have been received and checked by our team, Sayso will send new items to you free of charge.
  • Refunds will be processed & can take up to 7-10 business days after the goods received.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made in-person at any Sayso Store during trading hours.
  • Date of return must be within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
  • Goods must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.
  • Online order confirmation must be presented in-store.

Refunds

  • Goods can be returned in-person at any Sayso Store during trading hours.
  • Date of return must be within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
  • Goods must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.
  • Refunds can ONLY be processed by Head Office during business hours, Monday to Friday. Sayso store team will contact Head Office to process the refund for you.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

- IN-STORE PURSCHAE RETURN OPTIONS AT SAYSO STORE

In-Store Exchanges:

  • For purchases made in-store we advise you visit a Sayso Store.
  • Exchanges can be made in-person at any Sayso Store during trading hours.
  • Date of return must be within 14 days from the day of receipt of goods.
  • Goods must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented in-store.
  • Exchanges can be made with items of equal or higher value.
  • If the exchanging item is of lower value, the difference can be issued as a credit note.

- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGARDING ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Any items purchased in-store, will need to be returned in-store & cannot be returned or exchanged via post to our office or warehouse.

We do not accept any change of mind returns in-store.

  • We highly recommend that any returns are sent via registered post with a tracking number to avoid any mishaps.
  • Sayso not take any responsibility for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
  • If the goods are not received by us within the 14-day return period, or if goods are not in their original condition/packaging we are unable to process returns of any kind.In this case, Sayso will return the goods to the sender.
  • Our international return (New Zealand) policy includes conditions stated as above but extended to 30 Days.

Afterpay/Zippay

  • Exchange policy on Afterpay/Zippay purchases follow the conditions as above.
  • Sayso accepts refunds and exchanges on purchases made with Afterpay/Zippay. Exchanges can be actioned from your purchase with items of equal or higher value by paying the difference.
  • Afterpay purchases can only be refunded on faulty items.

Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event that you believe your shoes are faulty – do not worry!
We will do everything we can to sort it out for you immediately.

  • If you purchased your shoes in-store, pop into your nearest Sayso store & bring along the shoes, so our team can assess it further for you.
  • If you purchased your shoes online, please email an image through with your proof of purchase to info@mapm.com.au

For all faulty claims you must provide a Sayso receipt or online invoice as proof of purchase. Our Head Office will assess the shoes on a case by case basis.

If your claim is warranted, your shoes will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If we believe the shoes are not faulty and there is damage is due to wear and tear, the shoes will be returned at your expense.

- INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUSTRALIA POST RETURNS PORTAL:

  1. Ensure that you meet the required return conditions mentioned above.
  2. 2. Please put a note inside the box stating name, reason for return, order number, contact details and the desired outcome.
  3. Click on the link HERE to start your return.
  4. Follow the prompts, enter the information as needed and make your payment.
  5. Head to your nearest Australia Post office with the email* containing the label and the items you wish to return.
  6. The Australia Post staff will scan the label off your smart phone or device.
    *If you do not have a smart phone or device, please print the label & bring in-store.
  7. Attached the label to your package, ensuring any other labels or barcodes are covered.
  8. Leave your parcel at your local Australia Post Office.

Once your package is received by us, we will be able to action your desired outcome.
